This month we made Jack-o-Lantern pots at our craft club. Christina was so sweet to open her beautiful house to us and teach us how to make these. They are simply a terra-cotta pot with a face painted or stenciled on using black exterior paint in a satin finish so that it will hold up outside.
We didn't actually pot the mum in the picture below, but you get the idea. You could also paint the inside of the pot gold and use it for handing out candy. Cheap and fun! Next month we will be making Christmas stationery and gift tags... can't wait!
