November Create Craft Club

Our Create Craft Club met last week and we made some Christmas stationery, cards and gift tags:
The trees above were made with a swirl hole punch and Christmas stamps.  I don't think I've ever made cards with stamps before. (I know, I know!) It was really fun; although honestly, I'm trying not to get too caught up in the whole scrap booking and card making thing because it's just so expensive and you need so many pieces of equipment that can only do one thing.  Does anyone else feel this way or am I the only one who is not giving in?

You know what would be brilliant... a company that rents out all of that "equipment" for a week or so.  Long enough for you to make a bunch of great cards then you don't have to store all of that stuff and the rental cost would be way less than buying it all.  I'll be your first customer!
Sorry there are no fun pictures of us creating together, I got into production mode when I was at Leslie's house!  Thanks Leslie and Rachel for your yummy craft and even yummier hot chocolate and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting!!

I have an insane amount of card-making stuff since my mom sells Stampin' Up and gives me everything she has when they retire it ... so feel free to give me a call if the urge strikes, and you can borrow whatever you need!
