As promised! Here's a little sneak peek of our new creative room. We have a tiny little bit of touch up paint to do and the carpet needs to be installed, then we're ready to decorate!! This is a picture of our window seat. The curtains are a simple box pleat I whipped up out of the same striped fabric as that pillow, and the cushion in the window seat will be made out of the geometric fabric if I can ever finish painting!
So do you think I should add a third pillow? I really wanted to make a smaller lumbar pillow out of an old white cable-knit sweater then add big brown buttons, but two Goodwills later and there is no sweater to be found. Thoughts?

It looks great! Can't wait to see the finished product. My favorite fabric is that geometric pattern. It looks like Amy Butler. As far as the pillow is concerned, the one you have in mind sounds awesome! So, I would say just wait until you DO find that exact type instead of making a third. Plus, if you're anything like me, if there's too many pillows, one ends up on the floor anyway.
Looks GREAT!! I love the paint color and the fabrics! The pillow sounds great but you don't have to have it if you can't find what you want!
I think a third pillow would be good...don't you love it when you can't find what you are looking of when you are looking for it, but when you stop looking for it...it is everywhere? Murphy's Law...maybe you'll find it when you are done painting. :)
Ok time for me to come out of stalker mode! I have been watching and marvelling at the wonderfulness of your blog and I think it is high time that I told you so!
That settles it! Thanks for the encouragement girls. I'm going to just wait it out until I find the right sweater and make that third pillow a little later.
Alisa told me about your Create blog, I have enjoyed it emmensley! Your room is looking awesome. A serious undertaking and it looks great!
I really love the colors! I don't have to see the rest of the room to know it will be a wonderful space to create. This is me coming out of the woodwork :)
