Succulents

Succulents, where have you been all my life?
You thrive off of little water. Good.
You promise to create fresh air in my house. That's so nice of you.
You're basically indestructible. Whew!

And you're just too cute!
Not the cutest thing in my kitchen, but you're a close second!

  1. Where do you find succulents? I'd like to put some in my house, too. Perhaps I'll find them at the nursery once warm weather arrives... :)

  2. I love how easy succulents are, too. Love how you put them in that bowl with the bird house- so cute. We have had a one potted in a small clay pot for almost 2 years and it is still alive- longest house plant to ever live in our home and I hardly ever give them attention!

Lynn- Home Depot has then in the "in door plant" section I think year around...or at least here in the south they do!

  3. Whoa, 2 years! I have a lot to live up to! Lynn, I found mine at Lowes, but it was slim pickings... I'm sure a nursery would have a better selection because they are so popular right now.

  7. My friend LOVES succulents so much, she's using them for her wedding in June. They will be little favors and her mom will be making our bouquets out of them.

  9. I have a chicken feeder I want to fill with succulents. They might just survive my purple thumb.
