Well, it's the end of SYTYC for me. This week I got creamed, pulverized, bamboozled, slaughtered, taken to the cleaners, they waxed the floors with me... so I think I'm 5th place crafty! :) I'm fine really, just thought I'd make it sound a little more dramatic!
Since I knew I was in the bottom all week, I've been putting my energy into some other things that you'll hear about soon...
- Planning two super exciting family vacations and the crafts that will go along with each!
- Planning an old-school pajama party-style lingerie shower for one of my best friends
- Dreaming about how to decorate Owen's big boy room that he will soon be in (we said goodbye to the paci this week, a bitter-sweet time for mommy and daddy too!)
- Researching ads for my blog... yes, I've thought long and hard about it and after some good pep talks from my friend Jill, I'm taking the plunge!
What a fun journey this competition has been! I've been crafting since December, so there are a lot of good memories and a lot of not-so-great memories (like my 5 crafts that were started and trashed and my teeny tiny window of crafting time due to the pregnant ickies)! I had a total blast being pushed each week to come up with something new. I've made a lot of great friends with my ridiculously talented competition and you all were so encouraging last week with all of your sweet emails and comments! Thanks!
Let's take a look back. (Cue cheesy sad music)

Lila Jo, Thanks so much for the award! I have had a crush on my hubby since 7th grade and it wasn't until late high school that he realized I existed, so I'm totally with you on that one! :)
