Painting our Creative Room has been a family affair this week. My husband marked all of the knots in the wood and rolled the primer coat.

I puttied all of the holes and knots and painted the cracks in the wood. (This is my ninja painter look... nice.)

Ta Da! Well, it's not quite done, so maybe I should save the "Ta Da" for the finished product, but you can at least see what it looks like with the ceiling painted and the walls mostly primed.

Owen fell asleep on the job in the built-in bookshelves that my dad built.

Looks like you're going to have a great space for creating. Do you know what color you're to paint the walls or will it remain white?
What greaat shelves!
