Holiday Tablescapes

There were SO many creative women at the Holidays Fit for the King event last weekend and SO many good ideas. I've put together a series of posts with some of the pictures I took. I'll post the rest over the next few days.

Here is the Committee from left to right: Laura, Katy, Michele, Me, Lynn and Billie. We are wearing the beautiful aprons made by Doodlebugsfunfabrics on Etsy. She used the awesome Michael Miller Holiday Hostess fabric! Very appropriate!
We had 32 round tables at the event and volunteers signed up to decorate each table. This was one of my favorites. The ones that don't use traditional Christmas or Thanksgiving colors always stand out. Here she used lime green and hot pink! What a great way to incorporate what you already have! The gingerbread houses were actually painted birdhouses with the candy adhered using royal icing and she can bring them out year after year.
She put the houses on cake stands to give them some height.
The trees are just styrofoam forms with candy adhered on using royal icing! How creative is that?!

Everything is so cute, but I love those aprons the best!
